Who needs to take these steps?

Any organization that already has a Luna Park dedicated Slack channel in their workspace (e.g. #lunapark-company), but the channel is currently set to Private.

This is NOT for organizations that:

What does this process entail?

  1. Create a new, Public Luna Park channel in your workspace.
  2. Add all the members of your previous Luna Park channel into the new one.
  3. That’s it! We will remove the old channel from your workspace for you.

Does everyone on my team have to do this?

No! This is a one-time process that only requires one person to set things up for their entire organization. However, you may need certain Slack permissions.
